Dear ticket holder,
Due to further unavoidable construction delays, we’ve been told to expect our Certificate of Occupancy from the building department on the second week of June. Because of this, the 10,000 Maniacs early show on June 4 has been moved to The Buckhead Theatre. Your seats will be reserved, and we will make sure they are comparable to your original tickets. The show will still take place at 7:00 PM, with a 6:00 PM door time.
We take pride in ensuring your satisfaction and, unfortunately, we did not meet your (or our own) expectations in opening by June 3. Despite this setback, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service because our ticket holders deserve the very best. We will be sending vouchers for tickets to a non-sold out show based on availability, as well as $50 gift cards to everyone affected by the change to express how grateful we are for your business and support.
We ask that you choose from the following options for your 10,000 Maniacs tickets:
- Keep your tickets and attend the show at the Buckhead Theatre. Physical tickets will be available for pickup at the Buckhead Theatre will-call window on show day.
- Receive store credit for the full value of your original tickets. Store credit can be used towards the purchase of tickets to any upcoming show at City Winery Atlanta, and it does not expire.
- Receive a refund back to your card.
